We are looking for enthusiastic, social candidates who are willing to support customers with their questions. You will be doing this from the office in Barcelona, Spain. Not only will you be working in Barcelona you will also be living there, experiencing the culture, history, trying the cuisine and learning the language!

Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring a highly professional, courteous and empathetic customer service via phone and e-mail.

Part of your daily activities will be:

• Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding products to ensure questions are answered and orders placed timely.
• Request and collect updated documentation required by the customer’s payer, complete order entry and coordination
• Answer phone inquiries and provide support and direction to customers and resolve customer’s issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate with internal and external entities to assist our customers.

Skills required

• Native Dutch with a good command of the English language (other language are a plus)
• Call centre experience is an added value, but not required.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Able to follow procedures around sensitive data.
• Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours.
