For a customer, based in the center of Alicante, we are looking for Contact Center Agents who speak French with English and / or Dutch. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. Candidates must live in Alicante or be willing to relocate in the short term.
The contact center agent helps the customer in a friendly and involved manner. Through the application of situation-adapted interview techniques and using the dialogue supporting tools, you will be able to clarify questions and find a suitable solutions for the customer. For this, you must be able to empathize with the customer's situation with a maximum customer satisfaction as a result. The solution found is recorded in the appropriate systems.
