For a customer, based in the center of Alicante, we are looking for Contact Specialists who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. You must live in Alicante or be willing to relocate in the short term.
Employees on this project handle consumer phone calls about parcels and packages.
Consumers call to obtain information and/or to submit a complaint. The information a consumer asks can be diverse, for example the status of a package shipment, the costs of sending a package, the postage of a letter, the opening hours of a service point or an online service. In addition, the consumer can call to submit a complaint about, for example, a shipment that did not go well, damage or loss of both a package or letter.
During the conversation you are expected to navigate and register in the various systems used to support the conversation.
