German Customer Consultant

As a customer consultant you will support clients of a rapidly growing company in the communication industry. You will support the Swiss market via phone and email.

As a customer consultant you will support clients of a rapidly growing company in the communication industry. You will support the Swiss market via phone and email.

  • Processing of concerns about payment transactions, the contract as well as serious administration of Customer data;
  • No direct customer contact, but telephone support for one of the employees numerous shops;
  • Support through the use of exclusive tools;
  • Activation of options, billing questions, basic technical questions, and much more;
  • Active finding of solutions;
  • Use of various software programs.

    • Fluent in German
