Swedish Inside Sales Executive 54k OTE

We are looking for our key player within Inside Sales. Our portfolio is leading in enterprise and security, from core data protection to secure access at the edge of the network. We protect more data, transactions, and identities than any other company. In the position as Inside Sales Executive you will join a team of diverse and driven people, who supports and encourage each other, and enjoys to have fun!

Main responsibilities

  • Daily communications and continuous contact with our channel and end user customers and prospects within in the Nordic region
  • Management of new business opportunities/pipeline, managing leads, follow-up and booking meetings for the sales team
  • Channel & Sales Support Management (full sales cycle!)
  • Qualification of prospects and leading them through the sales cycle along with partners
  • Coordination with regional manager and technical manager regarding field activities and inside activities
  • Completion of ad hoc project work as required
  • Sales administration and management of CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota by identifying key players and assisting in closing managed opportunities
  • Both inbound, and outbound calling to help build sales pipeline is required

Desired Experience & Skills

  • A university degree within Business, Sales and/or IT related qualification
  • A proven track record in direct and indirect sales of IT Security solutions
  • A good understanding of (at least some) IT Security market spaces like strong authentication, encryption and Key Management technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, particularly over the phone.
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Well-motivated self-starter, initiator and ability to multitask
  • Able to work autonomously with a high level of drive
  • Strong commercial negotiator
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Team player with strong coordination and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish. Skills in other Nordic languages are advantageous.
