Customer Support English (British) + German

We are looking for enthusiastic customer support agents. From a great office in Portugal, you will be providing support to follow up on our customer satisfaction and administrative support.

Your profile

    • Experience working in customer service and fast-paced environment;
    • Experience in written communication;
    • Excellent computer skills;
    • Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and service excellence

Requirements

    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
    • Excellent computer skills;
    • High level language skills in German and English (C2 level/native);
