Romanian Trainer

Your role is to prepare and conduct training sessions in accordance with the expectations of the company and the client.

Your role is to prepare and conduct training sessions in accordance with the expectations of the company and the client. He/she ensures the proper integration of new employees and participates in the development of the skills of the production teams in order to contribute to the maintenance and development of the centre's knowledge and skills. He/she participates in the animation of the Quality policy.

Your tasks

Adaptation and design of training actions

    • Adapt, correct, develop training modules (eg personalized handling of training books, creation of new content, educational processes, assessment of knowledge, etc.)
    • Design training sessions

Preparation and animation of training sessions

    • Provide administrative and logistical management of training (ex: collect the supporting documents, check the material,...)
    • Animate the training and regulate the group (eg: structuring one's speech, speaking in public, managing conflicts, etc.)
    • Controlling and monitoring the progress of trainees and reporting (eg managing exchanges, evaluating upstream - in progress - downstream, controlling knowledge, monitoring progress and reporting on its analysis, etc.)

Evaluation and monitoring of the quality of service

    • Monitor training actions (synthesis, reporting, etc.)
    • Check post-training achievements and support skills development
    • Carry out countermeasures via field assessments (speech assessment, documentary audit)
    • Participate in the animation of the calibration meetings and implement the action plans for the deviating assessors

Administrative management

    • Report the absences of its teams and any other action representing non-adherence to the schedule in a timely manner and thereby guarantee the veracity of the payroll elements
    • Ensure all the administrative and organizational management of his team: breaks management, request for administrative documents, reporting of complaints (Payroll, planning, etc.),
    • Manage conflicts within the team by relying, if necessary, on his N + 1 and the human resources department
    • Guarantee compliance with HR procedures and processes by its teams
