German Telesales Agent

As a telesales consultant you will support clients of this rapidly growing company in the communication industry. You will support the Swiss market via phone and email.

As a telesales consultant you will support clients of this rapidly growing company in the communication industry. You will support the Swiss market via phone and email. Your tasks:

    • Receiving inbound calls from interested potential customers
    • "Soft Sales" - conversations with customers who actively register for an advertisement, or have expressed interest;
    • Carrying out updates and changes to tariffs;
    • Telephone sales of products through positive communication style and Negotiation skills.
