Dutch Customer Service Representative

You will be part of a team, ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience over the phone and via e-mail.

Our client is an American online social media platform, one of the most recognisable companies there is. 
Are you passionate about online Advertising and new technologies? Would you like to join one of the leading tech companies? You will support our client as a Customer Delight Representative, providing your portfolio of clients with the best possible support. Together with your colleagues you will ensure customer satisfaction, representing one of the world’s most recognizable companies. Part of your daily activities will be:

    • Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – phone, email and chat;
    • Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
    • Providing pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
    • Providing product and tool support to improve customers’ experience;
    • Identifying trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
    • Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to the engineering department.

Required skills
