You will be part of a team, ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience by current and future channels such as phone, via Email, Webform, Social Media and LiveChat/Instant Messaging. In your day to day you will provide service to all Loyalty and Pre-Stay requests and assist clients issues related to:
- To their customer accounts obtaining loyalty points and their use;
- To their existing bookings date changes, adding a traveler, extras service etc.;
- At their future bookings assist the client with his search, advise him, guide him by identifying its needs
- You will help to establish and maintain effective collaboration with partners.

Required skills
- Fluent in Dutch
