Job description

You will be part of the international sales and business development team, and will guide and support a close knitted group to really put our customer on the map, making it the go-to employer branding platform in the world. In this role you are:

    • Responsible for your own sales process which means cold calling and booking / holding sales meetings;
    • Working closely together with other departments in order to successfully close deals and on boarding the client;
    • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization; familiarity with the recruitment space is a plus

Your profile

  • Previous experience of B2B sales (preferably in Saas / HR )
  • Comfortable managing a sales process 
  • Can contact anyone and book a meeting over the phone or email
  • Fluent in Latvian
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Has the will to always exceed
  • Can keep high activity and motivate yourself
