π― Your role
As a Sales Development Representative, you are the spark that ignites new business growth! β‘ Your mission is to identify and qualify exciting opportunities among small and medium-sized businesses. Youβll be the first point of contact, sparking curiosity and setting the stage for our Partner Managers to deliver winning strategies. π‘

Hunt for Opportunities: Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts to identify high-potential advertisers. π
Make the Connection: Execute daily outbound calls and emails to build rapport with business owners. ππ§
Qualify with Care: Understand business goals and marketing challenges to ensure a perfect fit for our solutions. β
Pitch the Value: Clearly communicate our unique value proposition to generate interest and excitement. π£οΈβ¨
Collaborate: Work closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth and informed handover of qualified meetings. π€
Stay Organized: Keep all prospect information and activity up-to-date in Salesforce. π»
Crush Your Targets: Work toward individual and team KPIs related to productivity and pipeline development. π
β Your Profile
Language Master: Native-level of a Nordic language (C2) and excellent English (C1). π£οΈ
Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. π
Sales Driven: Proven ability to engage prospects through outbound outreach and cold calling. π±
Goal Oriented: Consistent success working toward quotas in a professional sales environment. π―
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems. π»
Ad Enthusiast: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (like Meta or Google Ads) is a huge plus! π
