Weβre looking for a technically skilled Customer Service professional to support advertisers using advanced digital advertising solutions.
π What Youβll Do
From the start, youβll actively look for initiatives to enhance service quality and improve the overall advertiser experience. π
Provide B2B support to advertisers by managing and resolving end-to-end product troubleshooting related to advertising products via email and chat channels. π»π‘
Take full ownership of customer cases, working closely with in-house Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve generic, technical, and product-related issues. π€π§
Monitor and drive Customer Satisfaction metrics, ensuring service quality throughout the entire case journey and delivering consistent updates across all touchpoints. β
Ensure adherence to service level agreements across all channels while maintaining best-in-class productivity and improving resolution times for advertisers. β±οΈπ₯
Partner with internal technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features, tracking solutions, and common issue types. ππ£
β What Weβre Looking For
π Proficiency in Arabic, with a good level of English (written and spoken)
π Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (mandatory)
π§ Mandatory technical experience with Google Analytics, HTML/Web Development, Pixel Data, and API integrations
π A degree in Marketing or a related field
π± Proven experience in Digital Marketing
π§ Previous experience in a Contact Centre or service environment, preferably within an Advertising Technology setting
π» Strong familiarity with social media platforms, tracking tools, and a solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems
π A customer-focused mindset with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
π Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team π€
