We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service professional to support advertisers using digital advertising solutions.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• From the very beginning, you’ll play an active role in identifying opportunities to improve service quality and enhance the overall user experience. 🌈

• Provide B2B customer support to advertisers, handling end-to-end product troubleshooting and inquiries related to advertising products via email and chat channels. 💻💡

• Take full ownership of customer cases, collaborating closely with in-house Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve general, technical, and product-related issues. 🤝🔧

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service throughout the entire case journey and delivering timely updates across all touchpoints. ⭐

• Meet service-level targets across all channels while maintaining excellent productivity and improving resolution times for advertisers. ⏱️🔥

• Partner with internal technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features, best practices, and common issue types. 🎓📣

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 🌐 Proficiency in Arabic + and good level of English, both written and spoken

• 📊 Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (mandatory!)

• 🎓 A degree in Marketing or a related field

• 📱 Experience in Digital Marketing

• 🎧 Background in a Contact Centre or service role within an AdTech environment

• 💻 Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising

• 💙 A service-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills

• 🌟 Ability to shine both independently and as part of a team 🤗
