We’re looking for a Finance & Accounting Team Leader who’s ready to make an impact!
You’ll lead a team of finance professionals managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR/O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) activities — ensuring top-notch accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. 💪

This is more than a numbers role — it’s about developing people, optimizing processes, and delivering excellence every day.

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities

• ✔️ Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented F&A team — fostering collaboration and growth.
• ✔️ Oversee end-to-end finance operations across AP, AR/O2C, R2R, and GL activities.
• ✔️ Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
• ✔️ Handle escalations, complex queries, and stakeholder communications with professionalism.
• ✔️ Track team performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring continuous improvement.
• ✔️ Guarantee compliance with IFRS / local GAAP / SOX / audit requirements.
• ✔️ Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings with precision and insight.
• ✔️ Drive automation, innovation, and best practices to streamline operations. ⚙️
• ✔️ Partner with HR and Training teams to boost capability and promote career growth.
• ✔️ Step up as deputy to the Finance Operations Manager when required.

🎓 Your Profile

• Excellent written and spoken English (C2)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Master’s (MBA, CA, CMA) is a plus! 🎓
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, ideally within SSC/GBS or corporate finance.
• 2+ years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of multi-country, multi-currency environments is an advantage. 
• Deep expertise across AP, AR, R2R, GL processes.
• Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
• Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tool proficiency.
• Excellent communicator and natural leader who inspires others. 💬
• Analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented — even under pressure.
