🔍 We're looking for a Fraud Analyst! 💼✨
Help keep a popular social media platform safe by spotting and fighting fraud! 🛡️💳
💼 Your Tasks
- 📄 Prepare chargeback documents using clear templates & rules
- 🧐 Check if users meet the risk criteria
- 🧾 Review ID documents to make sure they're real
- 🚦 Decide who gets blacklisted or whitelisted
- 📊 Spot new fraud trends & share your insights
- ❌ Investigate failed transactions
- 📸 Collect screenshots to build strong cases
✅ What We’re Looking For
- ✅ Experience in fraud or chargeback cases (tech industry is a big plus!)
- 💳 Knowledge of payment types like credit cards, PayPal & E-wallets
- 🧩 Great analytical & problem-solving skills
- 🤝 A team player with strong focus & ethics
- ⚡ Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 📚 Always eager to learn and adapt
- 🔒 Confidentiality and integrity are a must – you’ll be helping protect real people every day! 💙
