• ⏱️ Meet support goals like response time and quality standards.
• 📚 Join regular training and coaching sessions to grow your skills and shine even brighter!

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 🌐 Proficiency in English
• 📝 Great written communication – you explain things clearly and kindly.
• 💬 Experience handling customer chats or support tickets.
• 📊 Familiar with paid ads, digital marketing, and key performance metrics.
• 💻 Knowledge of HTML or Python is a big plus!
• 🎯 Have you worked in tech support for an ad tech company or know your way around Google Analytics? Even better!
• 🔍 Awesome problem-solving skills – you enjoy digging into issues and finding smart solutions.
