Our client is a leading international specialist in warranty and insurance services for household appliances and electronics. With a strong presence across Europe, they are known for their customer-centric approach and innovative service solutions.
To support their Benelux market operations, they are looking for a Belgian Telesales Agent who is fluent in Flemish and French, with a natural talent for customer contact and sales. If you're a motivated communicator with a commercial mindset and a team spirit — this opportunity is for you!
💼 What you’ll do
- 📲 Handle inbound calls from Belgian customers in French and Flemish
- 🛠️ Register new home appliances and customer details
- 📄 Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance
- 🎯 Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets
- 🤝 Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements
✅ You are
- 🗣️ Fluent in Flemish and French (English or Spanish is a plus!)
- 💬 A strong communicator with a commercial mindset
- 💪 Confident in sales and overcoming objections
- 🤗 Customer-focused, proactive, and a real team player
- 💻 Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
