We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through thorough testing and inspection. If you have a passion for quality control and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to be an integral part of our dynamic and innovative environment.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Quality Technician will be responsible for testing products according to standard Quality Control (QC) protocols, including conducting a full functionality test before products are prepared for shipment. If a product fails during QC, you will be expected to troubleshoot the issue, determine the necessary corrective action, and provide clear repair instructions. You will also be required to create a QC report for each unit and save all relevant documentation on SharePoint. Maintaining a clean and organised QC environment, including tools, test equipment, and workspace, is essential. Additionally, you will test certain inbound items from suppliers to ensure they match the provided drawings, assist the production team as needed, and explore ways to improve testing, assembly, or design processes.

- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in both Spanish and English.
- Skilled in using hand tools (screwdrivers, torque drivers, wire strippers, wire crimpers, wrenches).
- Positive attitude with a pleasant disposition, especially when interacting with colleagues.
- Ability to work in compliance with best practices in environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and persistent in completing tasks and projects successfully.
- Good time and schedule management skills.
- Ability to represent the company positively.
- Creative problem solver.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems.
- Familiarity with QC inspection tools and multimeters.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and engineering blueprints.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and bills of materials.
- Knowledge of both metric and imperial mechanical units of measure (pressure, flow, temperature, amperage, etc.).
- Ability to follow, develop, and implement quality procedures to ensure consistently high-quality products.
- Experience in improving existing quality procedures.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Communicate issues with non-conforming materials to Procurement and Production teams.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Make recommendations for system improvements to management.
- Review, recommend, and implement Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.
Desired Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Preferably residing in the south of Spain, specifically in Almería province.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. An engineering background is preferred.
