• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet the restaurant's presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Head Chef regarding supply needs.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into your cooking.
• Ensure proper portion control and minimize food waste.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook in a luxury restaurant or hotel setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
