Job description

To accompany our customer's growth and optimize our customer retention strategy, our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager, based in Barcelona, to handle our US strategic customers.

Strong customer retention is the heart of every successful SaaS (Software as a Service) business, and as customer success, you will work directly with the Marketing, Sales and Product Teams to provide actionable insights into how our teams can continue to strengthen our best-in-class retention rates.

Requirements

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the relationship owner of a portfolio of strategic clients on the US Market. You will optimize your clients' experience by being a trusted advisor helping them get the most of our technology and by acting as their day to day support contact.

  • Interest in working in Customer Success, Biz Dev, or Analytics
  • Positive "can do" attitude and growth mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientation with ability to identify nuances in large data-sets
  • Cultivate relationships with potential partners (Agencies,...) and strive to become a trusted advisor and a partner at your named accounts
  • US time shift required (12h30 - 10pm) Fridays are worked from 9am to 4pm
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must be available to work full time in our Barcelona office.
  • US native profile preferred
