Are you someone who is keen on giving our customers a great experience, are you willing to help customers with all the questions that they got and do you want to relocate to Casablanca, Morocco? Your role

The candidate will be working in a project with relatively simple processes, you will be initially calling out to clients and shift to inbound queries and questions from customers.

There is a training program in which you will go through all the aspects of the job.

Profile

• Call centre experience is an added value, but not required;

• Basic computer skills are necessary;

• Able to follow procedures around sensitive data;

• You can submit proof that you are free of criminal offences;

• Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services).
