Job description

As a Junior Webshop Manager German market you are not only part of this growing company, but you also receive both internal and external training, and you become part of an energetic corporate culture with an international character.

  • You map the wishes and needs of customers to respond to them commercially
  • You advise customers on products and you are a source of information, so helpful in the broadest sense of the word
  • You are always looking for ways to work more efficiently and to spot process improvements
  • Technical do-it-yourself background may be useful
  • You are the point of contact for the customer
  • You manage customer relationships
  • You aim to improve customer websites/shops

Requirements

  • An accurate and customer-oriented person
  • You are representative and have good communication and social skills
  • You have insight into cause-effect
  • You are handy with a PC and can work with CMS systems
  • You have affinity with do-it-yourself products and consumer electronics
  • SEO knowledge / experience is a plus
  • Excellent command of the German language in speech and writing
  • PC skill and good knowledge of Microsoft Office are important
  • Bachelor level (diploma is appreciated)
