Job Description

Answering Inbound calls of Dutch clients with a repair request for appliances. The Agent should have a strong commercial profile, capable of making sales and hitting targets.

  • Registration of client´s details and information
  • Making sales and offering extended warranties to the clients
  • Booking repairs and appointments for the clients.
  • Sales experience 6 month


  • Able to effectively communicate to customers.
  • Dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic and highly communicative.
  • Easy adaptable to different partners.
  • Teamwork, proactive and excellent customer service skills.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages
