For a customer, based in the center of Alicante, we are looking for Helpdesk Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. You must live in Alicante or be willing to relocate in the short term.
The expectation is that as an employee you are fully energized and engaged to achieve the goals within your campaign. Much more important is the collaboration with your colleagues to achieve the optimal results.
You are an example for colleagues and you are a ambassador for the customer you serve within your campaign. As a Helpdesk employee you know like no other that customer satisfaction is the primary goal of all types of customer contacts. In this you also know how to perfectly apply the right norms and values.
In addition, you ensure that you have sufficient knowledge to assist all customers on your campaign in the best of your ability. If you don't have this knowledge or certain skills insufficiently mastered you ask proactively to your Teamleader for support. You are fully aware of the guidelines on your campaign and actively participates in any improvement opportunities.
Are you the Helpdesk employee we are looking for and do you have the following characteristics and/or qualities?
You are service and result oriented;
You can handle resistance well;
You can work and problem solve independenly with a good dose of analytical thinking;
You have the ability to empathize with your customer.
You are a good listener and have good communication skills;
You have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
Hospitable, customer-friendly and helpful to the customer
(Technical) affinity with the telecom sector is an advantage.
