For a well known company in the CyberSec industry we are looking for German speaking customer service representatives.
We usually respond within 2 hours
For a world renowned software security specialist we are looking for customer service representatives. In this role you provide excellent customer care by helping customer with product or web shop problems.
Required skills
- Fluent in German
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer user
- Punctuality
- Sense of responsibility
- you are tech savvy - and have a knowledge of operating systems, networking and internet applications
