Service Delivery Manager (Senior)

The customer is looking for an SDM/Contract Manager profile.
Tasks
- Infrastructure refresh (Design and Renewal of Infrastructure – Compute, VM Ware, Storage, Network and Storage)
- Link with the customers
- Coordination of all the BP’s (Blue print/work packages and planning of overall program)
- Project Management (Internal and External)
- Coordinate with the resources (SMEs and other resources required to deliver the program)
- Communicate with the customer (Manage customer communication, track, monitor and report project progress/issues/risks/milestones)
Required experience and skills
- Languages: EN MANDATORY
- More than 8 years of relevant experience in IT
- Infra background – not application
- Expertise on managing infrastructure projects (Design / Migration) focus on vmware , compute, storage, and network aspects
- Risk/Issue and Escalation management
