For the biggest names in consumer goods that help people feel good, look good and get more out of life, we are looking for a customer advisor. In this role you support customer via Social media chat, email and calls.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage the client Complaints,
- providing information and solving clients Requests,
- Suggestions and Compliments
Your Profile
- Proficient French speaker (C1 or higher) with English (minimum level B2).
- Previous experience in customer Support (preferable)
