Our client is a Japanese multinational and one of the world's largest video game companies. They created some of the best-known and top-selling video game franchises of all-time.
Become a member of our Support Team. An exciting and international working atmosphere awaits you. Your tasks:
- Customer advice by phone, email and live chat;
- Professional technical support service (use of customer products, installation and Synchronization of software and devices, etc.);
- Effective help and advice when buying customer products
- Please note that for this position, both good German and English, in oral and written form is required.
