Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trustful, long-term relationships with customers
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide best fitting solution
- Handle customers' requests, provide expert advice and guiding customer to a qualified purchasing decision
- Take ownership on sales targets and revenue growth
- Manage value-driven negotiations via phone
- Execute demand generation, inbound and full sales cycle activities
- Precisely handle sales related activities in CRM tool (Salesforce.com)
- Develop expertise in Healthcare industry
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency/Close to native level of French and Dutch/Flemish and fluent English both in written and verbal
- Be an intelligent listener: first ask questions and listen carefully to the answers
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Be an intelligent fighter: never take NO as an answer
- Ability to energize; develop and build rapport in matrix organization
- College or University degree desirable
- Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationshipovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
