Job description
Our client is a Dutch information services company which operates in over 150 countries. Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience via phone and e-mail. Your tasks:
- Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
- Providing information about digital products;
- Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
Required skills
- Fluent in Dutch
- Working proficiency in English
