For a customer, based in the center of Alicante, we are looking for Customer Advisor who speaks French with English or Dutch. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. Candidates must live in Alicante or be willing to relocate in the short term.
The contact center agent helps the customer in a friendly and involved manner. Through the application of situation-adapted interview techniques and using the dialogue supporting tools, you will be able to clarify questions and find a suitable solutions for the customer. For this, you must be able to empathize with the customer's situation with a maximum customer satisfaction as a result. The solution found is recorded in the appropriate systems.
Are you the Customer Advisor we are looking for and do you have the following characteristics and/or qualities?
You are service and result oriented;
You have technical insight;
You can work and problem solve independenly with a good dose of analytical thinking;
You have the ability to empathize with your customer.
You are a good listener and have good communication skills;
You are fluent in both French and Dutch and have a good command of the and English language.
