Our client is a French multinational retail chain of personal car and beauty stores. As a Customer Advisor, you will support customers via Social media chat, email and calls.
- Best in class customer service through inbound outbound call and chat and email applications
- Develop technical skills that will empower you to support the after-sales process and every step related (i.e. online orders, refunds…) and increase Brand Awareness.

- Evoque your passion for beauty cosmetics and use your expertise to advise customers about the products.
- Proficient French speaker (C1 or higher) with English (minimum level B2).
- Previous experience in Customer Service representative is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
