Job description
Our customer is an American lifestyle retailer, focusing on casual wear. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative that provides support to our customers. You will be responsible for taking incoming telephone and e-mail enquiries from customers relating to specified products or services, with the clear objective to resolve the customer’s issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Part of your daily activities will be:
- Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
- Providing information about fashion products;
- Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.

Required skills
- Fluent in German
- B1 level of English
