For a leading New Build Real Estate Agency on Costa del Sol we are looking for freelance real estate Telemarketing Agents. In your day to day you will be doing:
Initial contact with the potential buyers of the new development properties;
Lead qualification, you will be the first point of contact;
Assist real estate agents by providing relevant information,
Perform online meetings and tours
Requirements
Language. Native Dutch with excellent command of the English language (C2 level).
You are already a successful agent who wants to sell new builds and has in the last 2 years worked at CDS as a full time real estate agent and have sold new builds.
You are an agent who likes to compete, have good sales records and above all give all your clients a professional experience
You are available and have a mindset to work hard to earn great results
Ideally you have a background in real estate and knowledge of the Costa del Sol area
Experience in TeleSales/Lead Qualification,
Comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls.
Emphatic person that can connect with a prospective buyer and sell a lifestyle vision.
You are a registered freelancer
Use our CRM system, update constantly and use it as a tool for systematic catering to clients from A to Z.
