Our client is a Swedish financial technology company. They offer a range of financial products including payment and point of sales applications.
Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience via phone, e-mail and chat.Part of your daily activities will be:
- Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
- Providing information about products;
- Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
