As a customer consultant you will support clients of a rapidly growing company in the communication industry. You will support the Swiss market via phone and email.
- Processing of concerns about payment transactions, the contract as well as serious administration of Customer data;
- No direct customer contact, but telephone support for one of the employees numerous shops;
- Support through the use of exclusive tools;
- Activation of options, billing questions, basic technical questions, and much more;
- Active finding of solutions;
- Use of various software programs.
