The client is looking for a Telecom Consultant who has knowledge of Openscape 4000 seniority Hipath 4000 de Unify / Siemens Enterprise Communications)


  • Monitoring of the Openscape 4000 telephony network.
  • Detection of alarms via the Openscape 4000 Management System.
  • Incident Management (Detection and correction of failures on the telephony network) and Problem Management.
  • Assistance and follow-up of specific problems with external operators.
  • Assistance and collaborating with other departments during removals (MAC) and actions for telephones and peripheral issues in general.
  • Work closely together with the Belgian team in Brussels and providing feedback.
  • Able to solve basic hardware issues on Openscape 4000 equipment (power supplies, peripheral cards, hard disk replacement,…).
  • Preventive maintenance.
  • Compression task: reorganisation and optimization of the user interface cards in the Openscape 4000 network.
  • Lage defect: Whenever a specific circuit on a peripheral board is not functioning anymore, this is called “lage defect”.

Summary of mandatory requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience 
  • Languages: English + French Mandatory
  • Start: This is a freelance position. We are looking for freelancers that are able to start ASAP
