Dutch CED Partner Advocate Specialist

Act as “business advisor” and evangelize areas of next logical practice that are appropriate for the partner’s needs and business model

The CED Partner Advocate: Specialist is responsible for being the first point for contact for partner

queries and obsessing over their needs while delivering a world-class engagement experience and

resolving their issues quickly and completely.

    • Act as “business advisor” and evangelize areas of next logical practice that are appropriate for the partner’s needs and business model;
    • • Manage Inbound phone requests/orders and other activities from Microsoft customers in a timely manner;
    • • Ability to provide options and outline features of product and services to gain and keep a customer;
    • • Build long-term business relationships between Microsoft and business companies through a mixture of inbound phone/email activities.
    • • Demonstrate an understanding of primary competitor services and technologies and articulates the competitive advantages of Microsoft's solution or service;

Required skills
