Identity and Access Management Consultant

We are looking for 3x Identity and Access Management (2x medior and 1x senior).

The candidates shall perform the activities in a DevOps delivery model and is expected to show flexibility in adapting to changing requirements. The candidates’ resources must be at ease with scripts development, DevOps and Agile delivery, as well as being expected to exhibit ownership of the service delivered – i.e. a pro-active “my delivery” thinking rather than a disengaged request/ticket - based/reactive approach. 

qualifications

  • At least 5 years proven experience of Identity management system engineering and system administration for the key services.
  • Proven experience and qualifications in Identity Management and administration at 2nd and 3rd operational and engineering support levels.
  • Excellent skills and knowledge in the specific technical areas within the scope of service  delivery.
  • For the Microsoft cloud related products, at least 4 years of experience managing Azure Active Directory Services would be an asset.
  • Accredited for Cloud Identity Management Services (Microsoft, Google, AWS, Okta and ideally also others) would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience with modern authentication and authorization protocols used in Cloud based solutions.
  • Proven experience of managing Cloud Identity Management.

Due to the criticality of these services, it is essential that the resources either already possess knowledge of or are capable to learn and absorb very quickly the high level of knowledge needed for system engineering support of the major identity management systems in use.

Technical skills

  • A thorough understanding of the technology concepts for this Service Area and all inter-related technologies.

Non-technical skills

  • Proven experience of working in an Agile and Dev Ops environment.
  • Stakeholder Management, Leadership and Coordination. 
  • Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various Service Groups.
  • Proven effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • A good understanding of other standard languages (German and French) would be an asset.

  • Medior profile experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven experience of Identity management system engineering and system administration for the key services
  • senior profile experience: +10 years of proven experience of Identity management system engineering and system administration for the key services
  • Languages: English (+ German or French are strong assets)
  • Start: This is a freelance position. We are looking for freelancers that are able to start July 2021.
  • Duration: 31/12/2021 (+ possible extension)
