Senior Technical Coordinator

For an exciting new project in Brussels we are looking for an experienced IT technical coordinator that is ITIL certified and bilingual French / English.

Tasks

  • Act as team leader, manages priorities and workload, set objectives and evaluate
  • Direct collaboration with operations and development teams
  • Be the single point of contact with customers and partners
  • Manage the operational activities in accordance to the agreed commitments
  • Evaluate contract and project risks, identify and execute risk mitigation actions
  • Provide consolidated management reporting to the customer and steering committee on the services delivered
  • Plan and supervise the execution of quality reviews
  • Play a key role in add-on sales with Sales & Delivery Management team
  • Manage a team of onshore members as well as subcontractors

Required qualifications

  • At least 5 years working experience as Technical Coordinator or Project Manager
  • Practical knowledge of Service Management (ITIL) / ITIL certified
  • You are fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
  • A successful experience in People Management
  • Able to work in multicultural environment and as a part of a team
  • Analytical and you have a systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Punctual, meticulous and reliable
  • Knowledge in Business Object

Summary of mandatory requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in IT including at least 5 years working experience as Technical Coordinator or Project Manager.
  • Languages: Fluent in both english and French
  • Start: This is a freelance position. We are looking for freelancers that are able to start ASAP.
  • Duration: 31/12/2021 (+ possible extension)
