Scrum Master

For an exciting new assignment in Brussels we are looking for an experienced SCRUM master that can start on short notice.


  • Support in regards to reporting at project level (scope, budget, deliverables, issues & risks)
  • Communicating the status and progress of the project and consulting all project stakeholders
  • Support during the preparation of the various meetings (ICT meetings, Steering group, ...)
  • Ensuring project objectives are realized
  • Ensuring that the Agile principles are well understood and respected in practice
  • Timely finding and anticipating dependencies and monitoring risks
  • Team coaching through the different iterations
  • Coaching and guiding the ICT team with regard to the application and optimization of the Agile operation
  • Facilitating discussions, decision making and conflict resolution
  • Guidance towards a “Self-organizing” team
  • Optimizing internal and external communication

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in domain
  • Very good command of Agile
  • English is mandatory, French is a very strong asset due to work environment

  • Start: This is a freelance position. We are looking for freelancers that are able to start ASAP.
  • Duration: 31/12/2021 (+ possible extension)
