Scheduler with Dutch and French

We are looking for a scheduler that does excellent work managing and optimizing available resources that is fluent in Dutch / Flemish, French and English.

For a world-leading Industrial Gases company with operations in 50 countries, we are looking for a scheduler that wants to join an amazing company and multicultural team. You will be working in the European Shared Services Center, with more than 300 employees based in Cornellà de Llobregat, you will support the group's various subsidiaries of all Europe and other regions.

We are recruiting for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join the transport planning team as a Benelux Scheduler. You will be working with drivers and other schedulers to plan liquid gas deliveries to business customers across the Northern Continent in France, Benelux and Germany.

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for:

  • Forecasting and scheduling to fulfil customer requirements
  • Scheduling available resources (drivers, equipment and product) to meet customer demand
  • Using initiative and data to react to unplanned changes
  • Customer Services

You will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Must be able to work on own initiative and in a team and to make decisions based on the information provided
  • Analytical thinking, attention to details, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Previous Customer Service and/or logistical / supply chain experience is an advantage
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Proficient level of Dutch, French and English

You will be working in a flexible team that shares the work following interesting working time schemes to cover in all countries of the region a 24/7 service or Monday to Sunday –this means working time will be as well during weekends and nights.
