As administrator we support Bookkeepers in Belgium. You will be part of a starting team that helps bookkeepers in Belgium with concrete administrative tasks: processing financial transactions, entering purchase and sales invoices, check VAT Etc.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor in Accountancy or administration
  • Proven 1-3 years experience as a Administrator
  • Has affinity with accounting or administrative work
  • Is meticulous and detail-oriented - knowledge of Belgian accounting is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch / Flemish (written and oral)
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Pro-active and hands-on mentality
  • Well organized and able to prioritize
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
  • Positive attitude, patience and ability to manage stress
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, SAP….
