A new product line for modular floor covering has been launched for the international contract market. A completely new production line and its own sales team have been hired for this. For this team we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive customer success specialist.
In this position you will support the field service and ensure a customer-oriented approach and efficient handling of the order flow. You will be responsible for serving customers in the Dutch, English, Scandinavian and Southern European markets and you will have direct contact and cooperation with the Sales Managers who are active in these countries. You are an important link between the Sales, Planning, Production and customers departments, so excellent social and communication skills are necessary.
Your profile
- You are structured, accurate and commercial;
- You have a good command of the English language in word and writing, in addition, French is an advantage;
- You can keep an overview, plan and organize. You understand better than anyone that communication and quality delivery are important;
- You have excellent analytical, organizational and administrative skills;
- You love challenges and you excel in multi-tasking;
- You are customer-oriented, a real team player and proactive;
- You have at least a completed MBO education (in the direction of commerce or demonstrable work experience in a similar industry);
