Recruit4.work has developed very rapidly since its foundation in 2016 into an established Recruitment Service Provider. As we are growing in our dedicated IT recruitment team (15+ recruiters) we are looking to expand our sales team as well.
We are looking for a candidate who has a background in IT / TECH recruitment or has experience in selling recruitment services. In this role you will be focussed on bringing our new IT recruitment service to market.
you are mainly concerned with acquiring recruitment assignments and building your network. You use this to identify opportunities and try to maximize them! In addition to growing your end customer network, you will also be maintaining existing and external contacts as an important part of the job responsibilities of a Director of Business Development .
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Background in IT / TECH recruitment or has experience in selling recruitment services.
- You are tech savvy and have a basic understanding of IT jargon.
- You have experience with telesales and are comfortable making 40+ (cold) calls per day.
- You possess a powerful commercial - hunting - instinct.
- You are proactive, enterprising and able to work independently.
- Excellent command of the English language (Other languages are a plus).
- Freelance with min. 2 years’ experience as sales within an international company.
- You possess basic computer skills.
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
- You are at least 30 hours p/week available.
