You will support our client as a Customer Care Advisor, growing and developing your extensive client base in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

You will be part of a team of top-class sales professionals. You will drive sustained sales as well as proactively finding new selling opportunities. Part of your daily activities will be:

  • Consultant for digital agencies, focused on customer growth and satisfaction, helping agencies to generate high impact ROI on Google Ads investment for their customers
  • Product and solutions expert, teaching to digital agencies how to analyze data, allocate budget, use Google products and planning tools to define digital strategy and optimize campaigns based on customer goals
  • Relationship builder with both agencies and colleagues, capable of sharing knowledge and key learnings across the team, and a strong contributor to the creation of a cooperative environment focused on constant learning and evolution

Required skills

  • Fluent in German
  • Excellent written and verbal fluency, ability to speak and write English proficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technologically capable
  • Strong negotiation skills and solid capability to build long-lasting relationships
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-2 years overall work experience in sales, digital advertising, or PPC campaigns
  • Proven record of target achievement, strong sales attitude, and desire to meet Sales quotas
