German Customer Service Representatives - Travel Industry
For one of the biggest hotel groups we are looking for a customer service representative. In this position you will help customers with finding, planning and booking their hotel.

Our customer
Our client has over 6,400 hotels and is one of the largest hotel groups in the world. In Europe they represent almost 500 hotels in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic and Turkey. With more than 28 million members worldwide, it is one of the fastest growing rewards programs in the hotel industry.
In this position you will help customers with finding, planning and booking their hotel. Part of your daily activities will be:
- Customer advice on the selection and booking of hotels;
- Creation of suitable offers based on the wishes and needs of the traveler, and subsequent direct booking;
- Acceptance of complaints and appropriate active treatment of the same;
- Professional management of booking changes, adjustments and any other Customer concerns.
- Please note that for this position, both good German and English, in oral and written form is required.
