Assistant Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a Assistant Chief Technology Officer  to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator, we’d like to meet you.

Job Role

  • Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources
  • Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
  • Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure


  • A bachelor's degree within Business, Sales, Computer Science and/or Law related qualification
  • Minimal 3 years of experience in a management role
  • A high understanding of software technologies
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, particularly over the phone.
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Well-motivated self-starter, initiator and ability to multitask
  • Able to work autonomously with a high level of drive
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong coordination and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English and Romanian. Skills in other languages are advantageous.

    1. Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Apps for Work, Google Play, Google AdSense, Google Maps
  • Adobe Tools:
    1. Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Contribute) - intermediate
    2. Adobe Prototyping – intermediate
    3. Adobe – Omniture – Analytics – intermediate
    4. Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • CMS’s:
    1. Drupal, Django, Wordpress, Sharepoint, Vignette, Magento, Umbraco,
