German Customer Service Representative - Audiovisual products

For this high end audio equipment manufacturer we are looking for customer service agents. You will be delivering high quality service to customers via email, phone and chat.

For this high end audio equipment manufacturer we are looking for a customer service agent. Together with your colleagues you will be ensuring an adequate response time while delivering high quality service to customers via email, phone and chat. Part of your daily activities will be:

    • German-language inbound customer support from customers by phone, chat, SMS and e-mail; according to the volume of work, the distribution of these task areas can vary or individual communication channels at times;
    • Advice on payment methods in the online shop;
    • Assistance with shipping and delivery, return and exchange;
    • Assistance with questions about product registration;
    • Effective technical support;
    • Acceptance of complaints and appropriate active treatment of them;
    • Professional management of customer data, as well as processing of any other Customer concerns.

Required skills

    • Fluent in German
    • B1 level of English
